These terms govern your use of citylimitsgear.com (the "Site"), operated by Setiri LLC. By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Affiliate disclosure
citylimitsgear.com is a participant in the Zazzle Associate Program. The product listings and purchase links on this Site route to Zazzle.com and include an affiliate-tracking parameter. If you click a product link and make a purchase on Zazzle, we may earn a commission on that sale at no additional cost to you.
We design the city-limits sign products that appear on this Site and list them in our Zazzle storefront. We may earn both the maker share on the products we created and a referral commission via the Associate Program.
This disclosure is provided in compliance with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement and disclosure guidelines.
Orders, fulfillment, and refunds
We do not sell, ship, charge for, or fulfill any product directly. All orders placed by clicking through to Zazzle are governed by Zazzle's terms and Zazzle's customer service policies, including pricing, shipping, returns, and refunds. Direct any order-related issue to Zazzle's support team.
No warranty
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy of the city, state, or population data displayed. We make no representations that product availability, pricing, images, or descriptions on the Site exactly match what is currently available on Zazzle.

The shirt designs, the "City Limits Gear" name and logo, and the contents of this Site are the property of Setiri LLC unless otherwise noted. All other trademarks (including Zazzle's) belong to their respective owners. You may share links to pages on the Site, but reproduction of content for commercial purposes requires our written permission.

Acceptable use
Don't use automated tools to scrape, mirror, or republish the Site, attempt to interfere with its operation, or impersonate CityLimitsGear.com or Setiri LLC.
